Home Alone star gives up hard drugs

Home Alone child star Macaulay Culkin says he’s given up hard drugs but is continuing to smoke marijuana after sampling “everything” when he was a teen.

Culkin admits he tried lots of drugs before he realised he didn't want to destroy his career and risk losing his life.

He says: "I made sure I tried everything once, except when it comes to needles. I don't f*** around. I did some E, and I'm thinking: 'This is great. I'm always like this, happy and full of joy.'

"But once it's run its course, you just want more happy pills. So I see why it's illegal. But there's nothing wrong with smoking some dope every once in a while."
