Alex thanks Brocket for bum deal

Alex Best has thanked Lord Brocket for helping her claim the UK's 'Rear of the Year' award.

Alex, former wife of George Best, got attention for her rear when Brocket offered to soap her down after her Bushtucker Trial, for helping her win the award.

She said: “I texted him this morning. He said well done. It is his award too.”

The former air stewardess said exercise and healthy eating helped her stay in shape.

She said: “If I’m sitting down, I do try to clench my buttocks because that does help and I go power walking two miles a day.”

She added: “I’m a bit paranoid that everyone is going to be looking at my bum all the time now.”

Alex said she was currently in training to climb Mount Kilimanjaro for charity next year.

The blonde celebrity’s award comes barely a month after her nine-year marriage to George Best ended in a “quickie” divorce.
