Inquiry launched into Eurovision 'wrong points' glitch

Organisers of a Eurovision Song Contest semi-final launched an investigation today after some countries received the wrong number of points following a technical glitch.

The error during Wednesday night’s programme did not affect which 10 countries made it through to the final.
