Sting cancels show due to illness

Rock legend Sting was forced to postpone a ninth consecutive concert today due to a continued bout of laryngitis.

A spokesman for Birmingham’s NEC Arena confirmed that tonight’s gig at the venue had been called off by the former Police frontman.
