Kidman too busy for reshoot

Call for Kermit and Miss Piggy! Director Frank Oz never had this problem with the Muppets.

He is trying to pin down Nicole Kidman to re-shoot some scenes for his new film, The Stepford Wives, after test screenings met with a big thumbs down just weeks before it is due to open next month.

The problem is that busy Nicole, who swapped married life with Tom Cruise for an insane film schedule, is tied up filming The Interpreter, her new film with director Sydney Pollack.

Oz is famous for his attention to the most minor of details, a trait that reportedly led to tension on the Stepford set.
