Frasier may move on again

TV spin-off king Kelsey Grammer is looking at an offer to take his Frasier Crane character into another sitcom.

Frasier started life in Cheers before moving to Seattle and becoming TV’s favourite shrink.

With that long-running series coming to a close this week in the US, executives from Paramount and the NBC network met last week to talk about the possibility of a new series based on the next phase of Frasier’s life.

Grammer is not too interested at the moment and hopes to make his mark on the big screen.

But if that flops, we can expect to see Frasier’s fey attempts to find a woman hobble into old age.
