Two charges against Hollywood actor Jason Patric have been dropped in Texas.

Travis County Attorney David Escamilla said his office decided not to pursue a resisting arrest charge after reviewing evidence and determining that Patric’s actions didn’t constitute resisting arrest under Texas law.
