Such a lot of talent for so little a return.

Jolie plays an FBI profiler brought into an investigation into a serial killing spree by the Montreal police. She meets, as you might expect, a collection of suspects, but the sad thing about the film is that she meets them under such dire, under-written and indifferently-directed circumstances. It's not a great film, in spite of its star line-up.

There are several thrown-in twists but nowhere is there an indication that anybody put any originality into the project, it is merely another serial killer thriller.
