`Mistress' to kiss and tell on TV

The woman at the centre of an alleged affair with David Beckham is to appear on TV for the first time to face questions about her claims.

Rebecca Loos, 26, whose initial allegations that she bedded the England football captain, sparked the ongoing furore, will face the TV cameras in an hour-long interview to be aired on Sky One at 10pm tonight.

She was interviewed by Sky News anchor Kay Burley for Rebecca Loos: My Story, in which she says there was “no doubt in her mind” over what happened.

The former personal assistant said she had no reason to lie and had nothing to be ashamed of as she vowed to tell the truth over the alleged fling.

In excerpts shown on Sky News, she said she is not trying to portray a “fairytale” adding: “People are calling me a liar and calling me names and, you know, at the end of the day these are the facts.

“This is what happened, this is the truth. I should not be ashamed of this.”

She goes on: “I am 100% sure of what I am talking about. There is no doubt in my mind, I have no reason to lie. Why should I?”

In an another excerpt, Loos claimed: “I don’t think I was in love with him, but I think had our relationship together happened any longer than it had I think it would have definitely headed that way, that’s for sure.

“He made me feel a million dollars, I felt the most special woman in the world when I was with him, that’s how he made me feel and nothing else really matters to you when you’re feeling that way about somebody, you don’t step out of that bubble and start planning I’ll be a Spanish mistress for the next year, it’s not natural, it’s not natural for me.”

Beckham, 28, has dismissed the allegations surrounding his private life as absurd and has instructed lawyers, although there have been no further developments.

And it emerged that the second woman to claim she slept with Beckham was working for an Australian escort agency around the time she says the alleged affair began.

Malaysian-born model Sarah Marbeck was employed by Boardroom Escorts in Sydney, in 2001 – the year she says she met Beckham in Singapore – the company confirmed.

Beckham is hoping to avoid the spotlight today during a training break with his Real Madrid team-mates at the high profile Spanish resort of La Manga.
