Lil' Kim accused of obstructing justice

Rapper Lil’ Kim was charged today with conspiracy to commit perjury, making false statements and obstructing justice in connection with a 2001 New York shoot-out that left one man wounded.

She turned herself in at a Manhattan court where she was scheduled to appear in court later in the day.
