Jolie and Billy Bob in secret dates

It appears eccentric actors Angelina Jolie and Billy Bob Thornton have stunned their friends by embarking on a series of secret dates.

The odd couple, who divorced last year amid reports of Thornton’s infidelity, haven’t had a good word to say about each other since the high profile split, at least, up until recently.

But now, according to sources close to the Tomb Raider actress, they have finally settled their differences but are keen to keep their meetings out of the media spotlight.

One friend of the actress says: "Angelina and Billy have been trying to keep their meetings as quiet as possible. They have enjoyed dining out together but have been very careful to arrive and leave separately.

"They tried to patch up their differences a couple of years ago. This time it seems they have really changed their ways."
