Irish actor signs up for football movie

Stuart Townsend, the 32-year-old Irish actor and currently the main squeeze of Oscar-winning South African actress Charlize Theron, has signed to play a footballer in Goal!

He will play a character based very loosely on Republic of Ireland and Manchester United hardman Roy Keane.
