Burstyn on board for Norton film

Veteran actor Ellen Burstyn has signed on to the latest Edward Norton project, Down in the Valley.

The film is an indie drama set in LA’s sprawling San Fernando Valley. Norton plays a delusional man who believes he is a cowboy and starts a relationship with a rebellious young woman (Evan Rachel Wood). Burstyn will play the foster mother of Norton's character.
