Winslet in talks for Harry Potter role

Kate Winslet is in talks to star in the fourth Harry Potter movie - as a French wizard.

The actress is considering taking the role of Fleur Delacour in the movie version of JK Rowling's 'Harry Potter And The Goblet Of Fire'.

Mike Newell is directing the film, which goes into production next month.

Kate's husband, director Sam Mendes was reported to be encouraging her to accept the part because their son Joe and her daughter Mia will be so thrilled.
