Anne Robinson irons out the wrinkles
Anne Robinson, as The Weakest Link’s Queen of Mean would say, used to have more lines than the London Underground.
But the 59-year-old has now stunned TV viewers with a surprisingly younger wrinkle-free look that knocks years off her age.
The celebrity appeared on Channel 5’s Terry And Gabby show yesterday looking fresh-faced, with fuller lips, rounder eyes and wrinkle-free.
Robinson has admitted in the past to attempting to hold back the ageing process.
Despite rumours of plastic surgery, she insisted yesterday that her new look was down to nothing more drastic than the intervention of a new make-up artist.
Her agent was unavailable for comment today.
Robinson has confessed to using Botox in the past.
Favoured by many celebrities, the injection of a toxic substance into the face irons out wrinkles and the treatment has become known as the “five-minute facelift”.
Despite the treatment, Robinson said in the past: “You just have to accept the ageing process.”
Other celebrities thought to have tried the treatment include Lulu, Joan Rivers and Cliff Richard.
