Kylie wanted Lord of the Rings role

Elijah Wood has revealed that Kylie Minogue wanted to play the part of elf queen Galadriel in Lord of The Rings.

Unfortunately for the pint-sized singer, who played a pixie in Moulin Rouge, elves are traditionally tall and slim.
