Oprah treats staff to holiday

Oprah Winfrey is known for generosity, but her staff were still amazed when she rewarded them for their hard work with a week's holiday in an extremely expensive and exclusive resort in Mexico - all expenses paid.

She was so pleased with her show's ratings that she treated 65 employees to a trip to the hotel that's currently one of the most popular in the world with celebrities: One & Only Palmila in Los Cabos where Oprah's pal, John Travolta, recently celebrated his 50th birthday.
