Becks dons toga for 'foot battle' advert

David Beckham is wearing a skirt again – but this time he’s matched it with body armour for a Pepsi commercial.

The England captain sits astride a white horse in Roman-style gear for the latest Pepsi ad.

Becks’ Real Madrid team mates also feature in the promotion, which will hit TV and cinema screens from April.

The 28-year-old England captain, who caused a stir when he donned a sarong, is the latest face to feature in Pepsi’s adverts.

Britney Spears, Beyoncé and Pink recently came to London to launch their Gladiator Pepsi ad.

Entitled Foot Battle, the ad reportedly cost €7.4m to make and was shot in Spain.

Beckham and co – Real Madrid’s Roberto Carlos and Raul Gonzalez, Roma’s Francesco Totti, and Barcelona’s Ronaldinho – perform daring football skills against a medieval backdrop.
