Church won't go mad as she hits 18

Singer Charlotte Church insists she will not indulge in a massive spending spree when she gains access to her multi-million pound fortune on her 18th birthday tomorrow.

The Welsh star laughed off a suggestion that she intended to buy a house on the Caribbean island of St Lucia, insisting she was happy to remain in her home city of Cardiff.
