Bryan offers reward for lost wedding ring

Bryan McFadden will be in trouble with wife Kerry when she leaves the jungle - he has lost his wedding ring while out surfing in Australia.

The Westlife star has flown out to the I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! Set in Queensland to surprise her.

But he is spending today out on the beach with a metal detector after losing the pricey platinum and diamond ring.

To make matters worse, the ring is not believed to be insured.

Desperate Bryan has offered a €7,300 reward on a local radio station for its safe return.

The ring went missing while he was out surfing yesterday with Lord Brocket’s son Alex and Razor Ruddock’s son Josh.

Bryan told ITV1’s This Morning: “I went back to the hotel and went to bed for an hour, and when I woke up I looked at my hand and thought, ‘Where’s the ring?’

“I started looking around the room and then it clicked in my head – oh my God.”

He tracked down a paparazzo photographer who had snapped him surfing, and the pictures showed he was wearing the ring before he entered the water but not after.

Bryan said: “It’s OK because the security over here have rented a metal detector. So we’re going ring hunting.

“We were just saying what a glorious picture it will be for the paparazzi - me standing in my wellies with a fishing rod, fishing for a ring.”

Kerry believes Bryan is back at home rehearsing with the band.

But he has flown out to surprise her and will be there when she leaves the jungle.

“She has no idea I’m here. She’s going to be very shocked to see me,” he said.

The former Atomic Kitten has been upset at missing daughter Lilly Sue’s first birthday.

Bryan said she had also missed the little girl’s first steps.

“She walked three steps on her first birthday,” he said. “We’re not going to tell Kerry. We’re just going to say she hasn’t and then let Lilly do it in front of her.”

Kerry is now the bookies’ favourite to be crowned Queen of the Jungle.
