Oliver to open Amsterdam restaurant

Jamie Oliver is planning to open a restaurant in Amsterdam.

Renovation work on the building is to begin shortly. It is not clear yet whether Jamie will also launch a scheme similar to his London restaurant 'Fifteen' where disadvantaged young people are receiving training in cooking.

The Naked Chef is very popular in the Netherlands and his television programmes are shown on Dutch TV channel Yorin. His books are also in high demand there.
