Michelle McManus holds on to UK's top spot
Pop Idol winner Michelle McManus tonight extended her stay at the top of the UK charts to three weeks with her single All This Time.
The 23-year-old Glaswegian made history by becoming the first Scottish female to make a chart debut at number one, and two weeks later she is still there.
Last week’s number two, Milkshake by Kelis, retains the runner-up slot, while Somebody to Love, by the Boogie Pimps, moves up from number five to number three.
There is one new entry in the top 10 – Comfortably Numb, by Scissor Sisters, at number 10.
Dido’s Life for Rent is toppled from number one in the album chart by Katie Melua’s Call Off The Search, which rises from number four.
Elephunk by Black Eyed Peas remains at number three.
