The former girlfriend of rap mogul Sean P Diddy Combs claims their 10-year-old son should get the same amount in support – €23,000 a month – as his other child gets.

Misa Hylton-Brim went to a New York state family court yesterday seeking to increase the monthly €3,900 she now gets for 10-year-old Justin.

Multi-millionaire Combs did appear and his lawyer, Peter Galasso, declined to comment.

Hylton-Brim, a hip-hop fashion stylist, has sole custody of the boy, although Combs has visitation rights.

“I want to be able to provide everything my child needs,” she said.

Her lawyer, Brett Kimmel, said she needs the extra money to keep up with expenses including private school, a full-time nanny and around-the-clock security.

“This child’s needs specifically relate to his father being who he is,” Kimmel said.

He said the hip-hop entrepreneur pays about €23,000 a month to support his six-year-old son, Christian, whose mother is model Kim Porter.

Combs, 34, runs the Bad Boy Entertainment music publishing and recording company and has his own fashion line, Sean John, and several restaurants - including one called Justin’s, after his son.
