Celebrity Jordan flies off to Aussie jungle challenge
Glamour model Jordan was today flying to Australia to face the challenges of I’m A Celebrity … Get Me Out Of Here!
The busty 25-year-old arrived at Heathrow Airport last night wearing an eye-catching pink outfit and facing a 22-hour trip Down Under.
With her 19-month-old son Harvey in a pushchair, Jordan joked with photographers that he was her “one luxury item” that she was taking into the jungle for the ITV show.
Many fans of the programme fear party girl Jordan will find it tough going in the heat of the Aussie jungle and struggle in the gruelling conditions, just like actress Daniella Westbrook who broke down in tears during the last series.
Jordan has been reported as receiving £100,000 (€145,000) for appearing on the show - twice as much as the other contestants.
The third series of I’m A Celebrity begins on Monday and promises to be the toughest yet.
Over the next two weeks the contestants must survive in what the programme-makers have dubbed “one of the most cruel environments on earth” - Australia’s Gold Coast.
John Lydon, Kerry McFadden, Diane Modahl, Neil Ruddock and Mike Read boarded a flight on Tuesday night.
Alex Best, Peter Andre, Lord Brocket and Jennie Bond also left last night with Jordan.
Alex, the wife of George Best, arrived accompanied by one of the show’s representatives.
She posed for photographs but declined to make a comment about whether she was looking forward to going into the jungle.
