Former The Practice co-star Lara Flynn Boyle has been dumped by her latest boyfriend, Jay Penske, due to her "high maintenance" temperament.

The 36-year-old Men In Black II star has been dating the auto parts heir since her tempestuous relationship with veteran actor Jack Nicholson ended last year, shortly after she was fired from the popular American legal series.
