Courteney Cox is expecting

Friends star Courteney Cox Arquette is pregnant.

The 39-year-old actress and her husband, actor David Arquette, 32, have been trying to start a family for the last few years. They were married in 1999 and are thrilled at the news.

Arquette’s TV character has struggled to have a child and the actress is now in her 10th and final season as the obsessive cook, Monica Geller on the hit TV show.

In real life the actress has spoken publicly about her own problems having a baby; she’s suffered miscarriages and recently said she and her husband were going through in-vitro fertilization.
