David Brent returns to small screen tonight

David Brent of the cult comedy show The Office is back on our screens for the final time tonight to do what he does best – make a complete berk of himself.

The self-styled poet, philosopher, humanitarian and dancer, played by the show’s co-writer Ricky Gervais, is now a travelling sales rep for a cleaning products company after being made redundant from his managerial post at Slough-based Wernham Hogg paper merchants.
