Christian Slater’s wife Ryan Haddon won’t be facing charges after clocking her husband with a glass in a Las Vegas hotel room scuffle.

Clark County District Attorney David Roger says there's no proof that Haddon intended to hurt Slater when she hit him with a drinking glass on November 10 at the Hard Rock hotel-casino.

He explains: "We did not feel we could prove beyond a reasonable doubt that she committed intentional battery. Both the victim and the defendant maintained that it was an accident."

Interview With The Vampire star Slater, 34, received stitches behind his ear after the spat and Haddon was held for several hours at the county jail.

The fiery couple have been married for almost four years and both told the police the glass slipped out of TV producer Haddon’s hand while she was trying to throw water on Slater.

Haddon's lawyer, David Chesnoff, says: "Clearly there was no criminal wrongdoing."
