Teenage boy could be Kylie snowboarding

Tiny chart star Kylie Minogue told today how she snowboards incognito - because the gear makes her look like a teenage boy.

The Aussie singer said it was the only disguise she could pull off because most people recognise her whatever she wears.

She told Radio 1 DJ Dave Pierce she normally would not bother trying to disguise herself if she wanted to do normal activities like shopping.

“I have to say I love snowboarding – it’s great because you’re in disguise as you’re enjoying yourself.

“I just look like some 14-year-old boy in snowboarding gear so that’s a good one.”

Minogue – who released new single Slow today – added: “I did try years ago at the Notting Hill Carnival with a hat and a dark wig.

“But I just felt ridiculous because people just recognised me and were saying ‘There goes Kylie in a hat and wig’.”
