Clinton former lover to star off-Broadway

Bill Clinton's former lover Gennifer Flowers could soon be starring in Boobs! The World According to Ruth Wallis, the off-Broadway musical that boasts a love song titled Bill.

Boobs! Producer Lawrence Leritz is currently negotiating with Flowers’ agent after she sent him a CD and video in response to a casting call, reports the New York Post.

“At first I totally dismissed the idea but I listened to it and my mouth fell open and I said, ’Gosh, she is really good’ – I was amazed,” said Leritz.

Flowers, who owns a piano bar in New Orleans, where she performs, is now married to a wealthy stockbroker.

The subject of the musical, Ruth Wallis, was a New York entertainer whose risqué ditties were huge in the Eisenhower era.

Asked by the newspaper why he had not offered a role in the show to Monica Lewinsky, Leritz replied: “She can’t sing.”
