Baby boy for Witherspoon and Philippe

Reese Witherspoon and her husband Ryan Philippe have a new co-star in their family: a baby boy.

The Legally Blonde actress gave birth to Deacon Philippe in a Los Angeles hospital, said her publicist, Nanci Ryder.

Witherspoon, 27, and Phillippe, 29, also have a four-year-old daughter, Ava. They were married in 1999.

Her latest pregnancy was written into the script for the upcoming film Vanity Fair, which she finished filming earlier this year in London.
