Will and Gareth take three music awards

Pop idol Will Young and finalist Gareth Gates continued their success in public votes after scooping three British National Music Awards tonight.

Gates won favourite TV music performance and favourite male singer, while Young won favourite album with From Now On in the ceremony decided by only public telephone votes.
