Robert Downey Jr is still not out of the woods yet.

LA Superior Court has slapped a $124,475 (€107,000) judgement against the, hopefully, ex-drug-addicted movie actor after a claim was filed by Republic National Bank of New York.

A source in the know says the judgement may represent money Downey owes for his latest stay at a rehab facility.
