Those gun-totin’ cops (Lawrence and Smith) are back and this time they’re out to smash a Miami drugs cartel. It would be so easy to say ‘so what?’ but such is the interest in these awful films that you know it’s going to be a hit with a certain male teen audience no matter what.

The film’s main shoot-‘em-up thrust is embellished with the usual love interest, and a bit of in-cop spatting, when Smith falls for Lawrence’s sexy sis (Union). And that’s basically it on the plot front. Car chases, violent killings and fireball explosions inevitably form the bulk of this ramshackle of a movie. It’s up to you to decide whether or not you want to waste nearly two and a half hours (yes, two and a half hours) of your life on this dirge. My advice is don’t bother.
