Irish films to be shown at Leeds festival

An array of Irish films will be on show at this year’s Leeds International Film Festival running from 2-12 October.

An array of Irish films will be on show at this year’s Leeds International Film Festival running from 2-12 October.

Talented young Irish director Shimmy Marcus will be in town to introduce his high energy drugs caper Headrush, featuring appearances from Huey Morgan from the Fun Lovin’ Criminals and Steven Berkoff.

Meanwhile Irish flicks Pigs Might Fly, Intermission (starring Colin Farrell) and Spin The Bottle will also be screened throughout the prestigious North England event.
