Bilko comes out tops in sitcom survey

Work-shy Sgt Bilko renowned for his endless money-making scams was today saluted with the title of greatest ever sitcom.

The character, who appeared in The Phil Silvers Show, beat top shows including Fawlty Towers to the title.
