Grant can't resist a pretty woman

Hugh Grant cannot resist offering jobs to pretty women.

This, he says, explains why his offices at Simian Films, the production company he runs with ex-girlfriend Elizabeth Hurley, is staffed mainly by attractive young women.

"To me, boss-employee is quite an appealing, sexy set-up," Grant tells Premiere magazine.

"I find myself offering girls jobs all the time. I’ve always done it.

"Even when I had no money, I used to find a girl in a delicatessen and offer her a job as my cleaner. These very pretty girls would turn up, hopeless at cleaning, but it was great having them around."
