Uma thinks 'Kill Bill' too violent for awards
Beautiful Hollywood star Uma Thurman thinks Quentin Tarantino’s new film ‘Kill Bill’ has no chance at an Oscar because it is much too violent, according to imdb.com.
The film has been split in two for staggered cinematic release which will also hurt its chances for winning a golden statue.
But Uma, who was nominated for an Oscar for her role in Tarantino’s 1994 flic ‘Pulp Fiction’, is sure the martial arts saga has no hope of Oscar glory.
She says, "It will be highly unlikely that happens again this time." The story is split and it's so violent I don't think the Academy will like it. It doesn't pander to the Oscar community."
