Nigella Lawson marries Charles Saatchi
Nigella Lawson and Charles Saatchi have secretly married at their £5m (€7m) London mansion.
The only witnesses were a few friends and their three children by previous marriages, reports the Evening Standard.
Nigella Lawson, 43, wore a long, flowing black dress while Mr Saatchi, 60, chose a casual white shirt and baggy trousers.
There were no flowers and the only food was made by Nigella herself. She reportedly put some of the leftovers in a cooler bag, which the couple took with them on their honeymoon jet.
Shortly after they exchanged vows in the ceremony, the three children left the house with a nanny.
They are Lawson's daughter Cosima, ten, and her son Bruno, seven, from her marriage to the late John Diamond and Saatchi's daughter Phoebe, eight, from his second marriage to Kay Hartenstein.
The newlyweds then left their home in Belgravia in a taxi with three large suitcases and the cooler bag.
They went straight to Heathrow Airport's VIP lounge and then got into Mr Saatchi's eight-seater HS125 jet.
A spokesman said: "I can confirm that they married in a small ceremony at home. I can tell you that they are very happy."
