Jeepers Creepers 2: Frighteningly dull

The first JC, from the same director, wasn't a bad horror flick ... he should have called quits on it and moved on.
Instead, he has brought us one of those daft stories - The Creeper has awakened and is feeling hungry, another arm or leg might fill the empty void - which neither frightens nor entertains.
What dialogue there is - aside from the non-stop screaming of the characters (who have obviously read the following page) - is dull, the acting equally so, the directing equally so. It is a cheap-jack film which insults our intelligence, steals our money and robs us of nearly two hours of our lives. Please don't encourage a Jeepers Creepers 3.
