ITC upholds Federico swear complaints

The British Independent Television Commission (ITC) upheld complaints about Channel 4 breakfast show Ri:se after Big Brother contestant Federico used bad language while appearing as a guest.

Rapper Coolio then repeated the phrase because he did not understand it.
