Guerin's mother praises Cate

The World Premiere in Dublin of director Schumacher's Veronica Guerin brought out the great and the good ... and earned Cate Blanchett, who plays Guerin, high praise from Guerin's mother.

Overcome with emotion when she watched the film, Mrs Guerin said: "Oh my God, Cate Blanchett is unbelievable. She played my daughter beautifully and very accurately. She reminds me of my daughter an awful lot."
