Exorcist at centre of legal tussle

The classic 1973 horror film The Exorcist is at the centre of a legal tussle over profits from a re-release of the film.

Writer William Peter Blatty and director William Friedkin, who added scenes for 2001’s The Exorcist – the Version You’ve Never Seen, are suing Warner Bros claiming they are owed millions of dollars in profits.
