Mystery of J.Lo jewellery at murder scene

It is no secret that Jennifer Lopez is shooting a movie in Vancouver, Canada called “Shall We Dance”.

It seems a $4000 (€3500) necklace went missing from the set of the film, which also co-stars Susan Sarandon and Richard Gere.

The necklace then appeared 1400 miles east in a Winnipeg hotel room where a 38-year-old Canadian man was gruesomely murdered. He was found hacked up and decapitated with the necklace just yards away from his body.

Canadian police have arrested Sydney Teerhuis and he is charged with second degree murder but, according to imdb.com, they haven’t a clue how the necklace ended up in that hotel room.

"The killer was not the one who stole the necklace. I can only surmise the victim took it, but we may never know," said Winnipeg police spokesman Bob Johnson.
