Gere puts through paces for J Lo film

Richard Gere is putting himself through a blistering dance regimen with two professional dancers to perfect his steps for Shall We Dance, a film set in the world of ballroom dancing in which he stars with Jennifer Lopez.

“He’s taking over the title of the Hardest Working Man in Show Business,” says Lisa Ann Walter, who co-stars as Gere’s former dance partner in the film, which also features Stanley Tucci and Susan Sarandon.
