Cork Festival to open with Irish premiere

The Cork Film Festival will get under way on October 12 with the premiere of the Irish film, Song for a Raggy Boy, based on a true story by Patrick Galvin.

The film stars Aidan Quinn, Iain Glen, Dudley Sutton, Alan Devlin, John Travers and Chris Newman.
