Jones meets his match in TV advert

Vinnie Jones meets his match when his strongarm tactics prove a pushover in the hands of a beautiful woman.

The soccer star turned actor is seen losing in an arm-wrestling bout to sexy Hollywood actress Claudia Aros in the latest ad for Bacardi Rum.

The commercial – his third in the series – is due to air from Friday.

Aros – who starred opposite Nicolas Cage in the movie 8mm – was up against 178 other girls to land the role.

In the ad the beauty – who has modelled for Vogue – sees off one arm-wrestling opponent, then Jones steps up to try his luck in front of a packed bar.

She menacingly squeezes two limes, making him wince, before they square up.

However, as he begins to apply pressure, it soon becomes apparent that she is using a different kind of power as she weakens him with her sexy charms - wearing a low-cut top and rubbing her foot up his leg until his concentration lapses.

As her foot rises his eyes glaze over and she slams his hand to the deck.

But Jones – who starred in movies Lock, Stock And Two Smoking Barrels and The Mean Machine – swallows his pride to mix her a drink as the crowd cheers.
