Britney rejected again

Britney Spears faces another setback to her pop career re-launch with news her former live-in beau, international man-of-the-moment Justin Timberlake, will not record a duet with her.

The former couple was planning to record a career-boosting duet, on the back of hamster-voiced Justin's overwhelming popularity with the CD-buying public around the world, according to peoplenews.com.

The duet, which was to be recorded as a bonus track on Britney’s upcoming album, was dashed when a spokesman for Justin said: “He's too busy right now and can't fit it in.”

A “devastated” Britney was not happy to discover at least one of the things keeping Justin “busy” recently has been Charlie's Angels beauty Cameron Diaz, who was snapped kissing the singer as he left her LA home following an alleged night of passion.
