Cameron Diaz and Justin Timberlake, Hollywood’s latest hot couple, are making serious moves.

Justin brought his older sweetheart home to meet his mama recently.

The "Charlie's Angels" star, who's 30, hooked up with the former *NSYNC singer in April. The romance is going so well that Justin, 22, took Cameron home to Memphis, Tenn., to meet mom Lynn Harless.

"Justin says he prefers older women because he thinks they're more mature," said a source close to the couple.

"Plus, he's a self-professed mama's boy. When Justin brought Cameron home to meet the family, she charmed everyone, especially his mom Lynn."
