Chris and Billie sell LA pad

Chris Evans and Billie Piper have sold the home they bought last year overlooking Hollywood’s Sunset Strip after having spent just six weeks in it.

The DJ and his pop star wife have returned to London and plan to make their future careers there, reports the Los Angeles Times.

They paid just over £4m (€5.7m) for the five-bedroomed villa, which was once owned by Lionel Richie, and made about £100,000 (€144,000) profit when they sold it, according to the newspaper.

The house, which also has a guesthouse, tennis court and swimming pool, was bought by motivational speaker Grant Cardone.
